RVCalc relies on published North American industry benchmarks:

• Depreciation: Calibrated using historic J.D. Power / NADA RV appraisal curves, accounting for initial first-year drop and multi-year stabilization.
• Fuel Costs: Calculated based on EPA chassis fuel ratings and synced with national average fuel prices from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA).
• Maintenance & Campsites: Modeled using real-world owner survey data from RVIA across 4 distinct campground tiers (Boondocking, State/National Parks, Private RV Parks, Luxury Resorts).

If you purchased a Pro plan or Lifetime access on another iOS device or reinstalled the app, you can easily restore your purchase:

1. Open RVCalc on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Go to the Pro Upgrade screen.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Restore Purchases.
4. Authenticate with your Apple ID. Your Pro privileges will be unlocked instantly with zero extra charge.

All subscriptions are processed and managed directly by Apple App Store security. To manage or cancel:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Name / Apple ID at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select RVCalc and choose Cancel Subscription.

Note: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your current renewal period ends to avoid being billed for the next cycle.

Under Apple's App Store policies, developers do not have direct access to transaction billing systems. All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID used for the purchase.
3. Select Request a refund, choose your reason, and submit.
